Currently, the BRAZEE strap is only available in one size due to its high-end, adjustable fastening system, developed so you can trust it to keep your skates comfortably tight to your body across the majority of adult skate sizes. Although capable of carrying a wide variety of skate types the BRAZEE strap is currently best suited for high-heeled skating boots.

In most case we see domestic orders taking about 1-5 business days to arrive to you, and international orders taking up to 7-14 days.

We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Some straps can be exchanged for another colourway if not worn and it is in a like-new condition. If another colourway is not available, sufficient store credit or a refund will be provided.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date you receive the item. All returns are subject to inspection and will not be accepted if worn or damaged. Some straps can be exchanged for another colourway if not worn and its in a like-new condition. If another colourway is not available/sufficient store credit will be issued for online use only or refunded. Please email us to begin the return process.

In general, we will charge a 25% surcharge on return shipping for international orders. Depending on the situation, shipping charges may be adjustable. Please contact us regarding your return for details pertaining to your particular situation.
